3. Data Storage and Security

When online sending is available, submitting the contact form sends your details through Cloudflare to Gemini’s email inbox. The form does not save your entered details to browser storage or a form database. To prevent duplicate emails, the service keeps a keyed fingerprint of a request with its delivery status that expires after 24 hours and is scheduled for deletion; it does not store the message body in that record. Cloudflare and email providers process submissions under their own policies. If you use the email-draft or copy option, you must send the email yourself.

4. Cookies and Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand website traffic and improve user experience. Google Analytics uses cookies and identifiers to collect usage information about:

• Time spent on site
• General location (city level)
• Device and browser type

Online submissions use Cloudflare Turnstile verification, submission limits, and server-side validation to reduce spam. Our application does not log form contents or verification tokens. If verification or online sending is unavailable, you can contact us using the email and phone details on the contact page.

We retain customer information only as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations. Typically:

• Quote requests: 1 year
• Active projects: Duration of project + 2 years
• Completed projects: 7 years (for warranty purposes)
